Your everyday pulse tracker, designed to be simple and easy to read. i heart uses a compatible iPhone camera and flash to estimate your heart rate with camera-based PPG technology. Place your fingertip over the camera and flash, remain still, and follow the on-screen instructions. A typical Quick Check takes about 30 seconds. KEY FEATURES • Camera-Based Pulse Checks Estimate your heart rate using your iPhone camera and flash. • Reading History and Trends Save your results, review previous readings, and follow changes over time. • Context Tags Label readings as Resting, After Activity, Feeling Stressed, Feeling Unwell, or Other / Not Sure. • Gentle Reminders Set optional reminders to help you maintain a regular checking routine. • Apple Health Integration With your permission, save estimated heart-rate readings to Apple Health and view authorized heart-rate and activity information. Some integration features require Premium. • Manual Wellness Records Record blood pressure, blood glucose, weight, and oxygen saturation values obtained from other devices. The app does not measure these values using your iPhone. • Reports and Local Backups Review your information and export local backup files. Some reports and advanced features require Premium. • Optional Nutrition Scan Premium users can select a meal photo to send securely for cloud-based AI analysis and nutritional estimates. SUBSCRIPTIONS Some features require an auto-renewing Premium subscription. Available plans, trial eligibility, prices, and billing periods are shown on the purchase screen before confirmation.
