My claim got rejected to the endless bugs in this app
Get some good developers at least for god sake, never choosing bajaj again in my life.

Poor app poor service poor experience
This app is the worst it captures pictures of very very low quality I have iPhone 16 but it looks like I took picture from a feature phone also the app crashes very frequently and once it crashed you won’t be able to open it the app you will have use the browser. The guy on the other side they call the back end team. Always rejects your request and you won’t even know the proper reason. They don’t even entertain the complaints or concerns raised. It’s better buy some other insurance like digit, HDFC, SBI which are far more reliable than this Bajaj insurance. They just scam people and they ignore any kind of escalation.

This app stops functioning at the most crucial stage. One will need to take multiple photos from different angles. Chassis number, RC, and a selfy photo are also needed. It start uploading the data in the final stage but the upload will never complete.
If you decide to cancel and retry, it just cancels the entire process even without asking a confirmation. You will need to start all over again. There is no backup.
This is a very simple app yet there are so many bugs that makes a user frustrated. Better go with another insurance provider that offers a better and simpler process.

Don’t buy Bajaj Insurance
For a simple thing such as insurance transfer these guys make you run around and follow up incessantly. Their phone numbers do not work properly and their email responses are delayed. Moreover this app is the worst of all, and a HUGE time waste. Photos don’t get uploaded easily and the app is extremely buggy gets stuck and hung up at the most crucial stage. Next they’ll tell you to visit the nearest office to sort things out. Horrible customer service. I don’t think they’re bothered to even check the app reviews. Would advise against buying insurance from these losers!

I inspected twice but I inspection got rejected saying all photos are not available. Which is a bug from app since we don’t have control over what to submit.
