I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE GENUINE?

I am a new user and decided to try out some transactions on the app and I sold my equity on the app for over 5 working days now and the funds is yet to reflect. I also made a withdrawal to my source account and after more than 48 hours the funds hasn't reflected.

Poor processing time

The platform appears great but there is a persistent problem with processing orders. It is discouraging to have to sometimes wait several hours to be able to buy and execute trades. I’m used to speed because timing is everything.

Very Slow on Liquidation

This people are very slow when it comes to liquidation…. Past 24hrs a request I placed still wasn’t attend to… I chatted with their customer care and they said they were on it and still nothing was done….
