On and off
Hello, the app keeps disconnecting and the light keeps going on and off. I tried to change the name of the fan on the app to see if maybe someone else nearby was trying to connect and play with their own lights but that isn’t working either!
My bed
I got a Bluetooth bedframe and now my phone won’t connect to it no more this is trash. It started working when I first got it but now it doesn’t work no more it’s hard to connect. It don’t know why I won’t do it. This is garbage please fix this.

App is the problem. Can’t control the light
Good to very bad.
Loved it when it worked but after about a year, the lamp will not work. Only comes on if fan running and then blinking white only. Will not respond on blue tooth. Tried to contact maker with no response. Very disappointed, would love it to work properly. Sad…
Multiple lights
Love the lights but the app needs to be expanded and updated. We have multiple lights on our covered porch but you need to connect your Bluetooth to the lights one at a time. So to change the color of the lights you have to connect to the light, change the color, disconnect from the light and repeat this process for each light.

I have two of these lights and they work pretty well but I wish their was a way the app could connect to both of the lights at the same time instead I have to switch between both of them

I have this light. It’s amazing. I just got it and I got the app and it’s not connecting to my light and it’s just irritating me and I’ve been trying to connect you for the past 10 minutes but a little fun hack I guess is that if you have LED lights, the remote you could use for the light if you can’t find your remote it’s a lot of cool stuff I love the light. I’m obsessed with it but the thing is it’s just the app I would get this. I recommend it. The reason I’m giving it three stars is because of the app.

I could not use this app to do anything. I could not use the light control at all. I just deleted the app.
Doesn’t work-no customer support available
Tried multiple ways/times cannot get the app to function properly. There is no RuiCh app to download either as it suggests. Cannot get ahold of any type of technical support.
Light wont connect
Worked for about a year and now the lights won’t connect to the app. The light patterns and colours choose themselves and o can’t seem to adjust it at all. Light on and off still works as does the fan.
Needs work...
I've had this app for the fan I purchased and it worked great for a few months. It didn't connect at ALL for a couple of years. I got it to connect and now cant play music through it like I could before...

App Rarely Connects
The app rarely connects, especially after you don’t use it for some time. There is also no way to help it reconnect so it’s just a waiting game until the app decides to detect the ceiling fan. Also- WHY DO I NEED A SEPARATE APP TO CONTROL THE FAN?

I love my fan but not the app to change colors on my fan because this app is useless!
Frustrating
Why is there an app that only controls the light and music and not the fan. It’s a fan with lights yet the app fails to deal with the fan portion at all. What a disappointment
Not working
I got this fan and I put it in my bedroom so happy to change the color so happy to play music on it. Well guess what the music doesn’t work and it doesn’t work for the changing colors. All it does is turn the Spinney thing dark to bright light like I wanna play some music, so it doesn’t change colors it doesn’t play music app app is riged and im 11

Can’t turn on fan with app this would be very useful

I would like to be able to link other music apps through the I-link app as well as be able to customize the lighting a little bit more but the only problem I can actually see with the I-link app is that when trying to play music through the speaker I have to do so through the original app it is located on the music link on I-link app will show the library list but it will not open and play any music
