Cluttered, confusing navigation, translation function does not work, notifications do not appear
The app is barely used by anyone, other than the Community Manager, just a lame way of the management to own all conversations. The side bar selection has too many features, half of it like Parcels are not even a service that I Live actually provides. 95% percent of the messages are from the Community Manager, the app is too clunky, overwhelming, and adds no value. The translation of the German text does not work, so the posts have to be copy pasted to the translation app anyway. I received no notification since August even though there are new posts.

Funktioniert wunderbar ! Eine tolle Option für mich als Nutzer
Schlecht
Bleibt häufig hängen, oftmals muss ich mich neu einloggen.. dann funktioniert das Passwort nicht etc.. diese App ist unbrauchbar.
Super. Kann man machen.
