Barely works
This app:
Shuts down any time I try to look at points or rewards, so it’s impossible to use my rewards through the app.
Has the option to enter credit card info by taking a pic of your card, you fill out exp date, ccv, name, zip, click done, and no information is recorded so you have to enter cc info manually anyway. P.S. saved my ccinfo in the app previously, but it’s no longer there.
I have ordered through the app many, many times, but it says I have no past orders or favorites. (I do)
Every time, the ordering process through the app is long and annoying, opposite of what it should be.
Maybe do some updates and fixes!

Worst app ever - don’t even bother downloading
This is the worst possible app ever! It never works correctly and it crashes consistently. It has been like that for over two years. Please fix it!
Worst app
The app crashes or won’t let me login. If I am lucky enough to be able to order through the app, it will not let me use my rewards. Worst app on my phone.
Needs Updating
Have not received any points have been ordering from here. Would really help if we could actually take part in the rewards program. Needs major bug fixes.
Bad customer service and other things
I went with my friends and they all sighed up for the app and got free smoothies so I sighed up and said I couldn’t get one. We all went on the same day, also whenever I go to the app it just kicks me out. And there drinks are overpriced.
Charges credit card without processing order
Love Juice Bar - the food & the team of employees are awesome, but as good as the smoothies and people serving them are, the app is the exact opposite (it’s awful - rarely works correctly - has become more trouble than it’s worth)... it’s time for an upgrade in the IT/Development group!
Wish it stayed open
Every time I open the app to look at drinks, it boots me out. I’m starting to see what others are saying in the reviews. I’ll give it another couple weeks, then I’m going to delete it. I saw they stated they fixed the bugs, however, the issue still arises. I think y’all may need a new software developer because this isn’t good.

Wish it worked smoothly
I want it to work like Panera app. Curbside pick is bad cannot notify I arrive. The menu isn’t reflective of what they currently have. I order chicory latte to have them tell me they stop making it. Please update app. Better developer

Awful app
This app always crashes and shows that my local store is out of a product although they have it. Worst designed app and it’s hurting the stores.
App flaws
I love I Love Juice Bar, in fact I worked there at one point. I love that they now have an app, but unfortunately it keeps crashing. It looks to only happen when I attempt to sign in with facial recognition so hopefully that’s the problem, but it’s otherwise good so far
Crashes 24x7
The app keeps crashing every time you try to log in. It lets you place an order without logging in, but then what’s the point of having a user id, saved card information, and rewards?

Too many kinks...makes me sad
I love the Juice Bar and go almost every day. You have to log in every time you place an order, facial recognition does not work, boots me out when trying to order, and twice now I’ve ordered, paid and got to the store and they have no record of my order!!! 😤😤😤. Would be great if it worked!
