Stop logging us out!

This App is used infrequently but when you do need it, you find yourself logged-out and the log-in process is a pain; you can never remember your password, then if you do you then have enter a code emailed to you, if you don’t you then have to go through the online “forgot your password” experience all whilst you have a grumpy, vociferous security person staring at you and whilst generally being cold and wet…!!

Just allow face-id, it’d make it usable!

Useless update now doesn’t work

The latest update means it is now completely useless and doesn’t work on my phone. Please revert back to the last version.

Time out

Can you please remove the time out and enable Face ID instead please.

When you haven’t used the app for a short while, the log-in has invariably timed out and you have go through the rigmarole of trying to remember you password and then go out of the app to get an email verification.

All this is incredibly inconvenient and time consuming especially if there’s a few of you trying to do it at the same time.

Add REJECTED to Notifications

Please Please also add in REJECTION notifications as well as approved notifications!
As a professional photographer. I would greatly appreciate knowing if I have been rejected for a match since I can then plan my work time on other matters. Not having a deadline that PBS has to inform whether approved or rejected means I could be hanging around on the day of the match just waiting to hear but the decision has already been made hours ago. Please respect our time and let us know at the time of notification whether Approved or Rejected. Thanks
