Was a good app until iOS 10 and later making the toys useless.

This app was okay, but after iOS 11 update, it will not launch. Now we have a tank that can’t be played with and one very upset child 😡
Please update for iOS 11.2.2
I’ve had this I-spy tank for many years it works really well .However with the control interfaces that are out for your “newer” spy toys don’t allow me to use the camera on the tank. The current app is so far past due for an update and won’t work on newer iOS and iPhones (iPhone 6s).please update this app so I may redownload it and use my tank.

I just won this at an arcade by tickets and was worried due to only 2 completely opposing reviews. I'm glad I took the chance. First off, you'll want to make sure you download this app and not the misleading "I-spy tank" app. Second, I have a iPhone 4s and was worried of the functionality and compatibility (especially because I don't even have the latest software update by far). I was completely shocked that not only did the controls function great but even the tilt motion steering worked very well. Third, the picture was surprisingly good. It's not super high def but it's not pixely or blurry. And lastly the tank itself looks cool and drives great. Even goes over small bumps and all. I recommend this!

I got the tank at DaveNBusters, and I tried it out. I got an app, and I got the wrong app. DO NOT GET I-spy TANK, get this. I figured that out and tried out the tank. This is awesome. End of story
Horrible product
My daughter and I were pretty excited to get this tank and play with it after selling over 60 items for a school fundraiser. Unfortunately we got more use out of the sticky rubber rat than the tank. It has it's own wi-fi network you connect to that is compatible to the old dial-up connections from 25 years ago. The lag is pretty extreme. You're better off buying a remote control toy from Walmart and attaching your phone to it!
