App has failed to open for awhile, idk why yall haven’t updated it yet, but it would be helpful for your customers to be able use the app as it was designed to be used. Developers please hurry and fix asap

No English language
I'm very disappointed that on the packaging of this product English is listed as one of the languages, however with this application there is no English only Chinese. So in a nutshell this makes this product worthless and money spent for nothing. I feel misled!

English interface disappeared
I was using the flash drive with older software that was in english. After software update everything changed to Chinese and now I can not use the drive. I wish the app was available in English so I can continue using the device.
English version ?
The Last update brings nice new interface, however, the application is now on y in chineese language ! As this application intend to be used internationaly, thank you to at least support english interface
