I was just browsing and thinking maybe let me press buy to see how it works and I will cancel being new and not receiving a single there is no back out option warning nothing from this app I gave it maybe 3 days I opened the app and Im being charged a renege fee of 1000$ it would help a lot if there was a warning before purchasing something also the payment methods are so confusing

Search bar / filters
Filters especially the “buy now” rarely ever actually filters by “buy now” only.
Engine sounds
The ability to listen to the sound of an engine running removed as of 2/25. Not cool. You suppose to spend thousands and hope engine sounds good?
No more running Videos?
My app isn’t showing Engine running videos anymore, but it was just this morning? What happened?!?

It’s so slow and it freezes more often on iPhone
IAA Software developers should do something. This app is so slow and it freezes more often on iPhone. They should do something about it. I went ahead and upgraded my iPhone and that didn’t help. My friends also have the same experience. Those on Android are enjoying good speed and performance.
App is outdated
It’s slow , constantly crashing, can’t see if you won pre bids after pre bid time ends. Can’t see auction results or final bid amounts. IAA charges high fees and their app is out of date compared to to Auction sites. Horrible.

Storage fees
You guys needs to stop charging people storage fees on Saturday and Sunday while you guys are closed doesn’t make no sense.
Waste of $200
Wasted $200 on a membership everything is overpriced and even if you win the vehicle the likelihood of it getting approved is quite low and most likely be postponed to another auction for it to be sold for more plus their is way to many fees internet fee, environmental fee, service fee, buyer fee
Ridiculous
This is the most ridiculous app I have ever come across. The most user friendly information is hidden and the most irrelevant information to the end user is displayed up front.
I was highest bidder and they dint offer the car to me got sold on buy now to someone else
I dislike how hard it is to navigate now it used to be easy now they made it to complicated. I also dislike that when ever am the higher bidder and is on pending offer they don’t ask me to buy the car first instead they put it on buy now and by the time I get a alert it’s sold.

When you share a link it takes you to google instead of the app and it tells you to download the app, even though I already have the app
