Not as good as it could be...
...it is not a good app to learn with as it does not quiz you in the app. It's just a reference guide, with badly sized graphics at that. Rather, you have to go to the website and do your quizzes there, which for me defeats the point of an app.
A valuable resource.
I had cause to need this info recently when out in a near gale force wind. Brilliant - I had it on my iPhone in a water proof case, and could refer to it without leaving the (very wet) helm - much better than a dash to the chart table to thumb through a book! Thank you!

Great at a glance quick reference, which is essential when at sea.

Not updated with latest buoyage
Emergency wreck mark is missing & new danger mark is of wrong colour
Not worth the time or money
The app is extremely basic, the two quizzes are just basic flash cards, no actual scenarios or buoyed channels.
Misrepresentation at its best
Quickest app deleted after buying to date. Pics show well, app is nowhere near the presentation. Best avoided. Big opportunity for someone to create a simple reference app in this category. Thought I found one but alas, they found my money only...
Good, useful & easy to understand
I've been studying for my exams, and this was really useful. A few of us made the purchase, and everyone reckons it was worth it. A good buy for anyone out on the water.

Very poor, lots of mistakes for example shows the image of a East cardinal mark, the only answers in the multiple choice is West cardinal!! App requires a makeover by someone who knows what they are talking about, complete waste of money.

Special buoys are wrong. It says 'pass to starboard' for each shape, this is incorrect.
Also a little more effort could go into a few more tests such as direction of buoyage with and against the direction and how to pass different buoys.

Don't bother
Very badly thought out, doesn't even fit content onto iPad screen. Endless scrolling required and navigation buttons in stupid places. Have to hold the iPad 3 feet away from my face to make it almost useful....

Very poor effort. It fails to identify basic information regarding cardinal mark light sequences.
I see that the company have another product that might do that.
It would seem that the marketing strategy is to cut up the regs. Into as many sellable pieces as possible to maximise their profit.
Won't be getting any more of my money. Hope they don't get yours.

This is a very ill thought out and executed app. There will defintely be better than this available elswhere.
Poor app, can't disable IALA A or B
Self test not much use as you get questions about buoyage systems that don't even exist in your country. This urgently needs updating so you can chose your buoyage system
