软件打开导出视频提示成功相册却什么都没有，在软件内打开视频白屏无图像有声音 进软件还会闪退 只有输入密码才能正常进入，求求作者出个版本更新解决下问题！

为什么打不开视频呢？打开视频能听见声音，但是无图。
密码忘了怎么办
软件是可以，但是密码忘了就比较头疼了，不支持在线更改密码，或者身份验证
老版本里面东西出不来了
