They don't care about influencers
The bad reviews that are written here are absolutely true. They are really very disrespectful towards people. At first everything was fine. I even managed to go to a couple of restaurants. And then I was removed because of an impudent friend who decided to book a place by indicating my Instagram and they, without asking my confirmation, decided that I agreed to come. Due to someone else's mistake, I was removed. And the app owners didn’t even listen to my explanations that I didn’t book anything and didn’t intend to come in the first place. They just deleted me. It turns out that anyone can book a place in your name (if you use the application), come with someone else instead of you. (and you won't even know about it). And then you will be removed for not posting an advertisement about them. 🙃 It left an unpleasant aftertaste in my soul.

Waste of time
One of the most unprofessional app who for no reason can just block ppl .I consider that should be deleted and no one to work with them, there is better& plenty of other professionals who knows how to do their job. They have got a bad reputation anyway all over Dubai so +1, they deserve it.

Absolutely terrible and trashy service! Completely rude and unprofessional. The worst experience I’ve had, they lack simple humane communication skills. Don’t waste your time, their services are not worthy and don’t give them the right to disrespect people the way they do.

Very rude and disrespectful behavior from the person who is behind of Instagram account. She/He is writing to a girls: “you are not our level” like they expecting someone super special… Manager is crazy person who is pressing you and always says “you will be banned” because of Instagram global problem my stories did not post promptly. They were accusing us. Pls find a normal person with a good manners!

DO NOT RESPOND
MY PAGE HAS BEEN BLOCKED because a friend, without my knowledge, booked a table and brought me in as a guest. I immediately told her that day that I could not go with her. I wrote and explained about this several times both by mail and on Instagram.

Sharing table w strangers
Its was not respectful, i try first time and we went to gal dubai restaurant , they shared our table with another girls from i am dubai which we didn’t know them and not sure if one of them has covid so we had the table for share and even the food we had to share , and the way they talking to their models its not respectful at all , it was my first and last time trying this stupid application i am influencer in dubai and had a lot of experience but never like this happen to me , it was a mistake to west ur time , i west my money which i had to pay for the app and i west my energy and my time , they should learn how to talk with their Influencer's first then make the app , i did such a mistake to register with them , i heard so many girls said the same

The person who is talking on Instagram to people is not professional and rude. I think the owner need to change the people working with him. Low quality bad experience lack of professionalism.
Pure ridiculousness
I went out with I am Dubai a couple of times and it was a good time. Recently I sent a request for my friend and myself but I was not aware of the fact that my friend had her profile private. “I am Dubai” sent me a message on Instagram immediately. I can’t even describe how rude they were telling me that they can ban me if I dare to add my friend one more time. Then they said “don’t forget to delete our app”, “we don’t need your recommendations”. Seriously? Is this the PROFESSIONAL image of yourself you want to create? I feel disgusted with the way your employee used in that conversation with me and I’ll be more than happy not to open your app again.

Worst customer service
Stuff who is working for this app is extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the time you don’t even get accepted and when u do they just cancel your invitation if u don’t confirm it straight away. The way they are talking to their customers its just unacceptable. So rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience with them.
