I used the app that did not even work. Paid for the subscription and later on I wanted to cancel it and could not do it. They take information and you can’t take the monthly payments away

Hello. I purchased the $14.99 VIP member and nothing changed. It still asks me to purchase. I ah e restored my purchased. I restarted the app. I managed to get the app started and when I entered to modify location. It basically said okay now literally move to. This defeits the purpose of this.
I then began reading their app. At the bottom it says” Automatic renewal. You can pick it up anytime”. English May not be your first language and I can understand and be sincere. But how can you go and charge $14.99 for an app that is not working and has verbiage errors.
