After entering phone number for existing child . There is no option to proceed further .

Not working/crashing after iOS14 update. Last update was 3years ago. Please bring updates regularly for this wonderful app.

Want to retrieve entered data
Dear developer, recently I have changed my iPhone from 6S to 10X max. I had backed up all my apps on iCloud. When I restored my iPhone I got the app on my new phone but there were no records. I had saved almost 100 patients on the app. How to retrieve the data about the saved patients?

Not able to register in ios- waste app.
Showing already registered wen trying to register.
But not able to login..telling not registered.

Registration does not work. Says you're already registered on signing up. Then on logging in it says you're not registered.

On registering as doctor system says that 'your device is registered'.
And on loging it says your mobile is not registered .

App doesn't works in iOS
Problem with registration ,on registering it says device is already registered and on logging in it says number is not registered. Tried on both iPhone and iPad ,same problem recurs. Waste of an useful app due to technical glitch.
Growth charts app through AP store
After registering as doctor also app says the device is already registered. Don't know what to do next?
