I baby monitor

I downloaded this to use while my 6 month old granddaughter was across the hall from my bedroom as she is just starting to sleep in her own crib in her own room. The picture on my phone is upside down and there is no sound. She was literally screaming and had big tears by the time I woke up and heard her.

I paid for this app on both my devices and I can’t even walk from my room to the bathroom without the video going out. I like it when it’s working but I absolutely hate it because I paid for something I can’t use in my home. What’s the point if I can’t take my phone a few hundred feet from the other one
