Never functions correctly
This application never works and the sign is always wiped out. There has been multiple times that this system kicks me out. I have missed payroll because of this. I will be closing my accounts. Customer serious only available until 6pm!! It’s such a joke
Very disappointed
This app is terrible. Very inconvenient. It seldomly opens. I have to use the website mostly. The company ID sign in option is inconvenient. There should be a normal usage of an email and password. For as little as the app offers for free it should at least open when you tap it. Every thing must be added for an additional price which just seems money hungry. I opened my account with Wintrust because they have community banks in my community and allege to support the community, but I can’t support at the expense of my operations. There is a high likelihood that I will not continue business banking with Wintrust.

Terrible
This app is terrible. And it’s impossible to get to customer service. No numbers listed and if you find a number it’s always the wrong department. And if you get locked out on the weekend you can’t get in until the next work day cause password resets are done by treasury management only open mon-Friday.

Login Rarely works
Almost every time I attempt to login, the app will not recognize my username or password. Always some sort of an issue.
This app is the worst
This app is so confusing and when I enter my valid login credentials, it says they are wrong. The exact same credentials that work on the computer browser site. Useless.
Weak app
Tried several times to enter my company ID and the app would not accept it. Ridiculous. I uninstalled and tried again several months later and it now it won’t accept my phone number for authentication. If there is a special format required, the developers should consider adding instructions. This app is useless. Very frustrating

I need to move funds around to pay a critical vendor or they will void my contract with them. The branches near me are not open. The app won’t recognize my company ID. This non-functioning app is screwing over its customers.

Can’t log in ever! I would love to be able to do mobile deposits, but can’t do on the website and since the app says username and password don’t match I can’t log in at all.
