IBE Connect is a commercial app for Solitaire Business Hubs that brings all amenities across SBH workspaces into a single, easy-to-use platform for owners and tenants. Users can discover and book meeting rooms and other shared amenities in properties where they own or lease space, as well as in other participating SBH locations, and invite attendees to use these amenities.
Owners (residing or non-residing) and tenants can use a unified credits wallet to pay for bookings, track usage, and top up through the integrated payment gateway. Role-based access ensures that different admin types can manage amenities, allocate credits, and monitor bookings with full visibility into balances and transactions.
Beyond bookings, IBE Connect includes announcement and helpdesk modules to keep the community informed and supported. IBE admins can broadcast important notices and updates, while end users can raise tickets for issues or service requests, track their status with defined TATs and escalations, and stay connected with the IBE team.
