This was so easy but it does take some time to complete.

If you ask me to take a picture in the attic for the water heater don’t have me going up there 2 or 3 times to take pictures of the a/c than the overall attic. That was infuriating!

Could not delete certain photos that were taken erroneously. Had to take photos to close out items I did not even have so I could submit the inspection.

This app was very easy to use for our DIY inspection for our insurance renewal.

I took all pictures except for fireplace and basement and could not send app, showed not finished but did not let me know what was still needed. That would have been nice being I was a first time user, and could have the pictures in a week or so earlier.

Home inspection interior
I think it is great; having said this, it would be great if you had a comment space for each
Picture. Example, pictures of fireplace - I have two but they are inoperable, Also, picture of interior attic, I am 61 and cannot climb the letter for 16 foot ceilings - there is nothing in attic. Additionally, interior picture of garage - we do not have a garage. The challenge is you can’t move forward unless you take a picture. Again, I think it is wonderful just a few tweaks.

Inspection review
Totally hated this process. I need to get paid for doing someone else’s work. Poor technology to get an inspection done if the homeowner must do it.
