Mask functionality
The mask isn’t working anymore ! it literally lights up but I can’t change the word on my phone app and the screen will only say IBM and keep flashing the power up screen. Can you please update the app, Or is this not a working app anymore… the mask was costly enough so you all should update the data people are still wearing mask in 2025 and this one is my favorite especially for trips… I would give it 5 stars but it’s not what I paid for!!! Period
