About

Leave it beside your pillow and sleep. It records the sounds of the night so you can listen back in the morning. One-time purchase, no ads. ■ One number in the morning Your snoring for the night is summed up as a number from 0 to 300. It is built only from how long and how loud the snoring was, and the formula is written out on the screen. No score whose inside you cannot see. ■ Compare your nights Tag what happened that day: alcohol, tired, blocked nose, slept on your side, changed pillow, nasal strip, mouthpiece, humidifier, exercise, and more. Nights with a tag and nights without are shown side by side, so you can see for yourself what made a difference. The difference is shown only once there are three nights on each side, so a one-off gap is never dressed up as a result. ■ The quiet stretches are kept too Between snores, the times when no sound at all was recorded are listed with their length and the time of night, including the longest one. This is a measurement of silence, not an assessment of your health. ■ Keep the whole night The night can be kept as a single audio file. About 115 MB for eight hours. In the morning you choose: keep everything, keep the loud parts only, or keep the graph only. If you never choose, it steps down to the smaller option by itself. You set the storage it may use and how long it is kept. ■ Measured against your own room When recording starts, the app listens to the room for about ten seconds. Sounds are then picked out by how far they rise above that quiet level, so a silent bedroom and a room with a fan or street noise both behave the same way. ■ Sorted into kinds Snoring, coughing and nose sounds, sleep talking and other sounds are logged separately, told apart by how the loudness flutters. These are estimates from the shape of the sound, not a medical assessment. ■ One page to hand over Date, length, score, the breakdown by kind, the timeline and the quiet stretches can be written out as a single page. Handy to show your family, or to bring to a doctor. ■ Works for pets too - Same room: records the sounds of the pet beside you through the night - Home alone: records what happened while you were out, with the time of day Barking, meowing, snoring, coughing and moving about are logged separately. ■ No lectures about your sleep There is no "you did not sleep enough", no goals to miss. It reports facts, nothing else. ■ One-time purchase No subscription. No ads. Even without buying, recording every night, the counts and the timeline are never limited. ■ Kept on this device Recordings stay on this device. You can share them with family or a doctor yourself, only when you choose to. Audio past its retention period is deleted automatically. Available in English, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and 繁體中文. ---------- This app is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The sounds and counts it records are a self-measurement log for your own reference. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult a physician.
