When im trying to do art i hear this video ad in background playing wben im not even watching a ad

This app is exceptionally good at knowing its users, and offers the ability to use PAID brushes for Free if they watch a short ad, I haven’t made an i is account yet so I can’t sync my art but that’s the only thing they need, in app ibis account creation.
