Clutch Friday for a Friday night injury!

Had a bad bike crash on the way home from a friends Friday afternoon. Got connected to someone at 10:30pm on a Friday night, consulted, and visit scheduled for the next day. Im beyond impressed. The app worked well. No glitches. Photo uploads worked well. Straight and to the point.

Game Changer for Weekend Injuries

Had a great experience with the professional who picked up my screening - she joined within 3mins of me downloading the app! She helped me narrow down the specifics of the symptoms I’m having and discussed the options of same-day urgent care vs. waiting until Monday for an office visit. There were plenty of appointment times to choose from for the office visit, and she helped me determine my insurance coverage and decide which doctor to see. 10/10 interaction - she even gave me advice for navigating the route since we are expecting snow!
