When I download the videos they don’t save to my phone pls fix this

Won’t let me connect my cam to my phone I had to spend another £10.99 on a sd card to type c to be able to look back at the footage either fix the app or take it off the App Store. It you could rate it a zero I would

This app worked on my iPhone 11 for all but two weeks, however, now when I connect to my Wolfgang it neither shows the preview screen nor allows me to access the SIM card; in all cases now it causes the camera to shutdown when I connect on WI-FI. I’ve tried uninstalling reinstalling etc. but nothing works.

Useless
Can't review any of my footage as the footage won't open in the app. Spent ages waiting for the "download" got nothing - nothing in my photos, IBK app, or album on iPhone. Shocking, I've spent an entire evening trying to get footage.
Pls fix download
App connects nicely, settings can be changed via iPhone, recordings can be previewed on iPhone, download shows activity and reports success - bug noting has been saved to Photos nor the IBK album. Feels like a quick fix is possible , please correct this behaviour

This app is unusable. You can not download anything to the photos app to watch or send else where. We have the Wolfang 4k go pro like camera which is very good but let down by this rubbish app. Why has this even been let onto the App Store it’s a disgrace to apple. Fix it or bin it.

This works as usual for connecting to camera but there could be more features such as having the full settings in app. If you wanted to set EIS you would have to go to the settings in camera. If this app can set the full camera settings in app, then it would be more convenient and faster.
App crashes
App just won’t open on either my i phone or i pad. It attempts to open then crashes. Ah well, return to Amazon it is.

Made to the selection if allow app to access full album, then it shuts down. I tried to open it again and again, it opens with the front screen and shuts down right away. 0 out of 5. :(
