IBKSauMin integrates scheduling and expense tracking into a single daily log. Fixed tasks retain their scheduled times, while flexible tasks and items are slotted into available gaps based on their required duration, with any unassigned work displayed after rescheduling. Charts present fixed and flexible schedules side-by-side, making it easy to spot time conflicts and available intervals. A "whitespace calculator" determines the ratio of free time based on the day's start and end times—subtracting task durations and buffer periods—to show the gap between available time and your target. You can adjust buffers, set targets, or add hypothetical extra time to view reports on schedule overlaps, overruns, and unassigned minutes. Expense tracking supports USD income and expenditure, categorization, and task linking, with the option to capture or select receipt photos for specific items. All views share the same daily data, ensuring calculations update synchronously whenever items are adjusted.
