Absolute trash

I used this app before and now it uses that crap Wordpress which has been defined as the worlds worst. Do not use this app it is absolute garbage. No longer able to connect with google blogger accounts.

Illuminex strikes again!!

As usual, illuminex solves some problems we were just getting used to. I may even blog myself now ...

Extremely disappointed

No auto capitalization for first word of sentence.

Deletes unpublished posts.

Not intuitive at all. Terrible user interface.

No way that I've seen for italics, bold type.

$10 is a ripoff.

Disappointed

This app is useable, but just barely.

- iBlogger PUTS A NOTICE AT THE END OF EACH POST to advertise itself, without asking or informing you and without any way to stop it. In an app of this cost, that is completely unacceptable.

- Pictures are not handled very well, seem to publish differently than they appear in the editor sometimes.

- The editor doesn't do the auto-capitalization that is expected when typing text on the iPhone. This is a huge pain.

There are other annoyances, but those are the main ones. I tried iBlogger because my bogging service's custom app (which was also poor) disappeared from the App Store. Sadly disappointed.

Absolutely crap!! Don't buy!!

I can't believe I payed out for this! I was really happy when I found the app but when i added by blogspot account it all seemed fine but when I went to publish a post it won't let me and just keeps coming up with error! Ive turned the phone off, reset my wifi even removed the app and re-installed it and it still keeps saying the same thing! What a waste of money!

Does Not Work

Just bought current version June 25th -- App does not stay open for more than a few seconds. Support forum is useless. What is the deal?

I hoped for so much...

The potential of this app is compromised by the image size issue.
No matter what options are chosen the image is published full size.
I'd like to be able to have the ability to add more than one image to a post.
All in all a bit of a disappointment really.

Inaccessible

App is poorly labeled for use with voiceover

The apps JUST ok

There's nothing really special that names this app stand out. I wish j could post to my tumblr from it but I can't... That and twitter/FB integration. This app costs too much not to have that when cheaper blogging apps provide those things.

Latest update has ruined this app

This update has completely ruined images in blogs. Prior to this I could upload images and they'd be a decent size. My text would wrap nicely to the right of the image and all was well.

Now my images are huge and can't be re-sized. Useless. I can no longer blog on the move unless I want hideously ugly blog posts with enormous pictures on.

Please fix asap! I paid £5.99 for this and it's now useless!

First Impression So-So

With Blogger/Picasa, lets you post only one photo per post. I assume other platforms are the same. Back to using BlogPress, which lets you post multiple photos in one post, but they must be on your iPod. Sigh!

Please Fix this new version!

Well they claim that the new version has a "stability improvement" but its NOT TRUE. When i open the app it closes after 3 seconds autiomatically. I cant even add a blog. Please fix this! $5.00 WASTED! WARNING: DONT PURCHASE THIS until an update takes place!

New Version Has Bugs I'm afraid

The original version of iBlogger was spot on, v2.02 whilst a supposed improvement the only thing that happens now is:

- Regardless of the picture you take and the size of thumbnail you choose all pictures are posted at full size and full resolution (don't actually see what use this functionality is actually offering)
- When you login to iBlogger it no longer remembers the previous postings you have made (since the v2 upgrade) and you have to refresh and download all of them which on a slow link can be tiresome
- When posting there is no longer a success message that appears and you have to assume it has posted.

The changes made to this version seriously needed to be tested before they were sent out. Nice product but too many new niggles.

Finally update, then won't with my 2nd Gen Touch

They finally update with the features it should have had in 1.0 and now it will not work with 2nd gen iPod Touch, positively abysmal support. Not work means it actually say it can't put on iPod Touch, ludicrous for a blogging program.

2.02 breaks image uploading to MyOpera

Used to be brilliant, but now it insists on uploading full size photos, which wastes bandwidth and looks terrible on my blog. No apparent way to switch it off and revert to how it worked before. Awaiting response from support as I type.

Devs targeted iOS 4.3*only*, utterly useless for anyone previous.

While most devs target iOS 4.1 or 4.2, these guys decided to ONLY target 4.3+.

So I waited over a year and a half from version 1.09 which wasn't stable and unusable with blogger for this?

Ecto (what iBlogger was based on) was abandoned long ago. As were/are their support forums (filled with spam).

I've already moved on in regards to Ecto-- I won't be putting any more time or cred into this software either. *cough* MarsEdit *cough*

Not happy

I have not been able to upload a single entry with this app since it keeps crashing and I loose everything. There is no option to save your work. There is much room for necessary improvement.

Awful

Always crashing.

Great stuff

Easy to use

Dead app

Used to be great in 2009. Used on my old 2nd gen iPhone. Move along & don't waste your money until there is an update.
