The app is a companion to the IBM Call Home Connect website.

• Live updates for your assets, ensuring you always see the latest data.
• Works even when you're offline so you can keep working even if you lose connectivity i.e., going into an RF shielded room, or in a subway.
• Case summaries for cases with IBM Support.
• Proactive alerts when important conditions are detected for your assets.
• IBM Call Home status and last contact for your assets.
• Detailed information on warranties, maintenance contracts, service levels, and end of service information for each of your assets.
