I never leave reviews but this was horrible. The app won’t let you submit feedback and the corresponding card reader doesn’t work at all. Zero stars if I could.

Not sure what’s going on, but I’ve had this app forever that I’ve used to read my SD cards for my trail cameras. Ever since I picked up the new iPhone 16 Pro Max. The app doesn’t work.??? what’s going on Ibrary????
Slow and freezes constantly
Hi, can we please get the app fixed to be able to actually look at and manage pictures without it freezing up all the time? I try to delete pics and it freezes every 3 or 4 pictures. Then have to unplug and restart the app to delete two more. Please fix this. It’s not good.
Return it.
Go back to the store and return it. It literally does nothing but waste our time.

Works perfectly!
This has worked perfectly for me for a few years now. I usually save files, pics and whatevers to my phone, transfer them to the iBrary and then to my laptop. Highly recommend!

When it did work it was great, so two stars. Used to retrieve trail cam photos. Need to update this app to work with current iPhone update. Until then I I’ll search for a new way to retrieve my photos.

This thing is horrible!! Money wasted!!! It never works, constantly get error message when trying to view images. It freezes up non-stop!! Do not waste you money on this.

Absolute garbage! Does not work and crashes all the time. I have a dash cam and wanted a program to download videos onto my phone to share to people in accidents or police. App won’t recognize half of my SD cards, and cards it does recognize it only reads 10% of the videos. Also crashes A LOT. It won’t read the majority of the videos. When choosing a video it immediately crashes and resets.

This app and reader used to work on my iPhone 12, and immediately upon switching to an iPhone 15 it no longer works. The app has always been clunky, but now it’s useless.

Doesn’t recognize type c port
Doesn’t work with iPhone 15 with the type c charger. It simple doesn’t recognize the device. Worked fine on the iPhone 13 with lighting audio charger. Tried to delete and reinstall app. Needs an updated version for newer iPhone with type c charger to read sd cards from my moultree sd card reader. Junk app 1 star until it’s fixed

does not work
bought this to transfer photos from my digital camera to my phone, did not work at all. could not find instructions anywhere for how it works. ended up just having to use a computer and didn’t use the device at all. waste of money.
Device is faulty.
This is the 4 or 5th SD card device I’ve purchased at almost $30 dollars. They are junk after a month or so using them. They just stop reading the SD cards and say error. I’m not going to purchase or recommend this device to anyone. I just don’t even write reviews but spent over nearly $ 160. I’m just done with this product.
