IBS Tenants

The tenant app for renters whose agency runs on IBS. If the agency that manages your tenancy uses the IBS property platform, IBS Tenant puts your contracts, your payment schedule and your branch appointments in one place - without a phone call or an email chain. WHO CAN CREATE AN ACCOUNT Only tenants already registered with an agency that uses IBS. The app does not create tenancies and it cannot sign you up as a renter - it creates the login for a tenancy your agency already holds on file. To create an account you need: - A current or past tenancy with an agency that uses IBS - Access to the email address recorded on that tenancy. This is the main address on your tenant record; an alternate address will not work. Enter that email and we send you a 6-digit code to confirm it, then you choose your own password. If the address is not on an agency's records, no code arrives and no account is created. If your tenancies are spread across more than one agency, a single login covers all of them. Not sure which address your agency holds, or no code arriving? Contact your agency - they can confirm or update the email on your record. TRACK EVERY PAYMENT See what you have paid and what is still outstanding at a glance. Upcoming payments are listed with amounts, dates, receipt numbers and payment method, and each one is clearly marked as paid, unpaid or bounced. KEEP YOUR CONTRACTS TO HAND Browse your active, expired and ended contracts. Each one shows the property, unit numbers, tenancy term and rent, so the details are there the moment you need them. BOOK A BRANCH VISIT Choose the contracts your visit is about, pick a date and an available timeslot, add a note for the branch, and you are booked. Review or cancel an appointment at any time. MORE THAN ONE TENANCY If your contracts span several branches, switch between them in a tap and everything updates to the branch you are viewing. KEEPING YOUR ACCOUNT SECURE Turn on two-factor authentication with any authenticator app, with recovery codes in case you lose your device. Change your password, or reset a forgotten one, from the app. ENGLISH AND ARABIC Fully translated with right-to-left support, plus light, dark and system themes. IBS Tenant is a viewing and booking app. It does not process rent payments.
