IBUS Mobile connects digital field measurement with work preparation and the production of sheet-metal cladding for technical insulation. Capture complete, connected 3D isometries directly on site—quickly, intuitively, and without requiring a permanent internet connection. Turn drawings into production-ready data: • Capture piping, ventilation ducts, caps, and transitions • Define dimensions, insulation, cladding, connections, and fabrication parameters • Check plausibility while drawing and detect errors before ordering • Automatically derive bills of materials, workshop reports, and fabrication documents • Review developments and prepare them for prefabrication • Automatically nest sheets, reduce waste, and generate CNC files • Synchronise projects, runs, and isometries with the workshop through IBUS Cloud Designed for use on site: • Offline capture with local data storage • Clear, touch-optimised operation on iPhone and iPad • Connected runs instead of isolated individual drawings • One consistent data source from field measurement to production IBUS Mobile is part of the IBUS system.
