Hi. Whoever came with the floating meter, doesn’t have an idea how annoying this feature is, especially when you’re using other apps. When you move from iCabbi to another app you are left with a big black square on top of other apps and messing with visibility entirely. At least give the option to toggle off the floating meter for those who don’t want it. No clue how this option you think will help drivers, because it isn’t. Please, switch it off or give the driver the option to toggle off if they don’t want it. Thanks

Slow and glitch
This app is so slow and constantly has issues. It often takes you on weird routes instead of the most direct route, especially when you’re facing the opposite direction.
The bidding system is also a nightmare. When a job comes up for bidding and I click on it, most of the time it doesn’t work. It often takes me to the map instead of letting me accept or bid for the job, which means I miss out on jobs.
There are also frequent glitches when you finish a job. Sometimes it won’t let you end the job, so you have to wait several minutes before it finally works. That means you’re wasting valuable time waiting for the app to fix itself instead of being able to accept your next job.
These issues seriously affect drivers and waste a lot of time. The app needs major improvements and these glitches need to be fixed.

Complicated
The app need serious update, give you more options like uber driver app, give you options to use Waze , i like working with skyline but this up sucks, too much time wasting. Will save alot of time if they can copy few things from uber driver app.

iCabbi
Works well. But the navigation is dogsh*t. Seems it uses a trimmed down version of Google Maps and doesn’t use bus/taxi lanes (quite important for a taxi app). Need the full version, or the option to choose, ie Waze, Apple Maps etc.

Constantly having to delete and reinstall to make the navigation work, easier to just use Apple Maps than this

The app s map gets u near to where u need to go then disappears a couple of roads before u get there
The customers cancel just as u get there quite often and there should be an option to say which businesses the customers are waiting at rather than a street number which would save a lot of time for drivers as a lot of businesses don’t display street numbers

When the client let me know the destination, it didn’t show the route to destination these few days.
And if I edited and changed the destination, the price did not changed. I have to call back to the base.

Bugs galore
Often becomes riddled with bugs when an update is offered so frustrating
Worst app
Whenever I use it, it always bypasses by CarPlay or any silent mode and it’s so annoying the loud sound , it doesn’t take a lot for them to just add a option to keep the app silent for people who don’t like loud sounds. Send them many times, but they are really useless.

Hi there can you please make your payment or earnings display calendar wise , how it’s now we can’t track our earnings yesterday or any specific date which is not good for the drivers

Could you include features where we can see how much we have earned in the week and on the day we’re working. Including hours works. Can we also choose between Google maps or waze navigation which is a lot better than Google maps

You CANNOT start the meter, stop the meter, or finish the job if you have no signal.
You also CANNOT send through SMS transactions with no signal, meaning you have to travel to an area (with the customer) to get a signal and THEN send SMS.
You can have a phone signal, get on the ‘net, social media, etc, but Icabbi will NOT have a signal.
Sends repeated messages, requiring an interaction, WHILST DRIVING, otherwise you cannot see the address of the job you’re going to.
If a message is sent whilst the office is retrieving a job (a no-show) the screen will lock and you have to reload the app, as the message blocks the screen and cannot be removed.
Reporting bugs to the app developers is pointless, you never get a response.

Map In ios not working properly
Hi maps not adjusting when routes are deviated. Error on in app navigation in ios. pls update. started few days back. Thank you

Map is rubbish not exactly pin point seems to always recommend the longest route or takes you half a mile away from where need to be , takes you to the wrong place , if a house is on a street seems to try take you down back ally’s , customers don’t always seem to be happy either think you taking them the long way round to gain an extra couple quid
