They make you sign up for a subscription. The app has too many ads. This is absolute garbage. If you buy a product that uses this app, send it back.

I’m still being billed but support links doesn’t work to get help with an older working camera bulb to connect to my new WiFi.

Самое отвратительное приложения для камеры, вечная загрузка, вечно вылетает, вечно нужно использовать впн что бы оно хоть как то работало, не рекомендую, если вы купили камеру и там это приложение то сдайте эту камеру

App and Camera becoming worthless
I can’t get to my cameras fast enough these days because of all the popups trying to get me buy AI when I don’t want it. Now there is a chat buddy that comes up first and takes forever to load by that time the person can be gone that I need to see why they are at my business. I have had 4 break-ins and couldn’t get the app to work fast enough to tell them the police are on their way. When these cameras stop working like I have had 6 cameras to stop working. I will go to a better security camera where it has no distractions on the app.

Still being billed 1 yr later
The camera worked ok for a couple months. After not being able to connect I cancelled all my accounts and I am still being billed 1 yr later twice a month. One @$3.99 and another at @$4.99

L’application était très soso depuis le début, mais était endurable. Beaucoup de fonctionnalités payante c’est un raquette assuré. Depuis les mises à jour c’est l’horreur les publicités intrusive et sans arrête, le fais de ne plus pouvoir utiliser la card SD en font une application de marde
AI chatbot upon startup
WhoTF thought it would be a good idea to show the AI chatbot first upon starting the APP, I want to check who appears in the camera and the first thing you do is loading the stupid slow chatbot.

Basic
This app is adequate for basic monitoring, but I wouldn’t rely on it in an emergency. One major issue is that pop-up ads often appear when you need to access your camera immediately, causing unnecessary delays when every second counts.
Don’t Buy! Too many ads
Why did you put ads on a security camera? You have to watch ads to look at your cameras!!! Buyer beware, now I will throw my cameras due to having to watch ads - I won’t even sell them due to having to watch advertisements!! REMOVE ADS

Adds now don’t go away at all and camera feed wont load It’s completely useless. Zero stars.
