Still being billed 1 yr later
The camera worked ok for a couple months. After not being able to connect I cancelled all my accounts and I am still being billed 1 yr later twice a month. One @$3.99 and another at @$4.99

AI chatbot upon startup
WhoTF thought it would be a good idea to show the AI chatbot first upon starting the APP, I want to check who appears in the camera and the first thing you do is loading the stupid slow chatbot.

Basic
This app is adequate for basic monitoring, but I wouldn’t rely on it in an emergency. One major issue is that pop-up ads often appear when you need to access your camera immediately, causing unnecessary delays when every second counts.
Don’t Buy! Too many ads
Why did you put ads on a security camera? You have to watch ads to look at your cameras!!! Buyer beware, now I will throw my cameras due to having to watch ads - I won’t even sell them due to having to watch advertisements!! REMOVE ADS

Completely Useless
Adds now don’t go away at all and camera feed wont load It’s completely useless. Zero stars.
All of my data is gone
I recently cancelled the subscription of this app bc I do not need to be buying it for this month. Now all of my devices have been deleted and all of my data is gone. I had some really important things to look at the day prior and now I can't. If your cameras use this app, please refund them and buy better cameras.

Have to watch ads just to check cameras
The app itself was already pretty glitchy and laggy, the cameras themselves are pretty good. However, recently the app introduced advertisements, which wouldn’t be so bad if they were just off to the side on the menus or something, however it will play ads often before I can even check my cameras, this is a hazard if you are in a tense situation and need to quickly check your cameras as you will be unable to until you have finished watching a ad, it’s outrageous and ridiculous

Bought the camera installed the software, it was ok 2 years ago, however after the update, the ads amount is insane! Open up u have to wait 10 secs. 真jb恶心买了摄像头，用软件广告多的无语，打开一次等10几秒，打开一个摄像头在等几秒。 我买你摄像头不就是app一起包括了 恶不恶心， 连个去广告功能都没！ 祝愿准备买你摄像头的人都等10几秒广告，你看看人家还买不买！

both of my camara stop working from no where and its been no more of 6 months
Pure bait-and-switch! Free SD card playback is locked behind a paywall.
This app used to be acceptable, but a recent update has completely ruined it. They have intentionally blocked the ability to view historical playback from your own physical micro SD card. If you look at their own internal features comparison chart in the app, they explicitly list SD Card Storage as "Not viewable" for offline playback unless you buy their cloud subscription.
That subscription costs an outrageous $47.90 USD (nearly $70 CAD) per year. To make matters worse, they use shameless scare tactics right on the screen, claiming physical memory cards are "prone to data loss" just to bully users into clicking the purchase button. Forcing constant pop-up ads and disabling the core features of hardware people already paid for is unacceptable. Avoid this app and any camera that forces you to use it.

Constant disrupting ads
I have four different apps for cameras and this one is the worst for ads that get in the way of screen movement. It is freezing and I’m having to log in time after time as well. I’m also on my third camera with this system. Disappointed

Al principio funciona bien con sus camaras economicas, pero si no pagas, te salen siempre anuncios intrusivos, no carga la imagen en vivo, se desconectan solas las camaras y se tornan malas hasta llegar a tener que reiniciarlas siempre; si pueden consigan otra marca
