Not happy
I purchased the yearly subscription and the features did not work! I would like a refund ! Worse app ever ! Kept asking me to upgrade to premium to use all features (which I already did ) and I didn’t get the features but the payment came out with no problem! I’ll stick to my fitness pal!

I accidentally signed up for this app. I can find no way to get in touch with the developers to ask for a refund or anything. There should be a way to contact them on the front of the app in there is not. This is ridiculous. If the owners read this my name is Lana and I want a refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean for an app available world wide they will force down your throat to know your weight in pounds. Sorry to tell you the rest of the world uses metric. Weight in kilograms should be an option deleting app.
Purchasing this is a SCAM
I liked the free parts of the app, so I purchased the yearly subscription and … nothing. They didn’t unlock any premium features. Emailed 3 times for help or a refund. No replies. This is a SCAM do not waste your money like I did.

Recipe access!
I would give this app a 5 but I paid $19.99 for the year and can’t get access to the recipes! App says to upgrade to premium I touch upgrade and nothing happens!
Not getting what I paid for.
This app looked like exactly what I wanted so I upgraded to premium but when I try to look at recipes it still tells me I need to upgrade. I need to upgrade again?? Or is it a bug?? Its frustrating not getting what you pay for. The app seems cool if it would work properly. I also can’t edit any of “my foods” without the app crashing. Oh and it just randomly says “error” with no explanation when I try to enter and save foods. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’m sure you won’t give me my money back, so fix your garbage app please.

Terrible
Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Once you upgrade and subscribe the features either didn’t work, froze or the app would not give access to the recipes. Tried to cancel the subscription and even that is difficult to figure out.
Nothing for free but recipes
I have been trying to use this app for several days. It won’t log any meals or really do anything but show recipes unless I pay. Why bother pretending there is anything valuable for free on this app? Am I doing something wrong? Why doesn’t this app specify what is free and what you need to pay for?

No customer service
I downloaded app and upgraded to premium to access recipes. That was over 2 weeks ago and still have no access. I have sent messages to customer service through the app and have yet to receive a response.
Bought the subscription, but sill can’t access anything
I just downloaded this app and bought the $3.99 subscription. I’m not able to access ANY recipes, and when it asks me to upgrade, and I press upgrade NOTHING HAPPENS. I have to upgrade with $19.99 to get access to recipes??

It’s probably a workable app but the constant - and I mean constant - pop up ad urging me to upgrade to premium stopped me from being able to use. I deleted this app in disgust.

Very Disappointed
I have struggled with this app since the day I downloaded it. I thought if I purchased it for a year the bugs would go away. Not true! I’ve tried to contact someone for months and have yet to get any type of response. One of the issues is - it will not let me set up my profile and goals with pounds. It keeps going back to metric measurements. It will not add up my foods correctly and occasionally it will not allow me to enter any foods or information until I’ve become a paid user. I AM a paid user!! It has blocked me from contacting support by stating I need to upgrade. SOOOO FRUSTRATING!!!

Seemed to be a good way to track food and weight. But when I upgraded it did show all the features. A waste of money 🙁
Non-existent Customer Support
After loading the app and upgrading to premium access at $19.99, the app began to malfunction, i.e. sporadic access to premium features, other assorted problems. An email to support garnered the standard “try logging in/out, reload app”. Returned the email letting them know that this did not help, followed by multiple email to them following up over the last three weeks and no response. Seems like once they have your money, you’re out of luck. Very unprofessional.

Charged for free trial
I signed up for a three day trial and cancelled the subscription right away as I always do in case I forget later. I then checked my Apple subscriptions and there was no mention of a trial and they charged me for a monthly fee of $5.49. I wrote write away to the app company who has not responded to my email. To top it off, I went into the app to see what my $5.49 bought me and there’s glitches galore. I wanted my weight in pounds and it shows it in kg. So something isn’t jiving there. I also went to look at a recipe and it comes up promoting the premium membership which I supposedly bought. Also, I clicked on something under the social section and the app closed. This app company needs to get their act together. It maybe has good potential but a ways to go yet.

Loved it
Good tracker with great recipe ideas. Could use a few user-friendly tweaks like choosing your own time and more meaning in the daily report. I also wish they would let you pull up your previously entered items list without having to find them again every time.
