Contents division @restorations pro

This app has made my job so much easier! The only thing I wish was different is that it would be nice to keep you signed in. There are several times when I can’t save my pictures and I get locked all the way out and have to start all over. Losing inventory and pictures does get problematic at times.

Buggy

This app is a buggy, and there's no regular updates. You literally have to annoy support for a update. Even then the bugs don't get fixed. Constant issues with the camera.

Owner

Everyone thinks AI makes their product stand out, but iCAT already did - now it’s even faster, more accurate, and better than ever!

Technician

Thank you for the option to listen to audio and inventory at the same time again 😀👍🏾

Too much bugs

Ok guys thanks you for fixing slides in side menu. But now when I try to scan ANY BARCODES it’s crush!!
When you guys fix camera? When you lock your device and unlock it you have just black screen on it.
It’s so hard to make a quality app for this money??

Restoration help

ICat locks and freeze s. I will not allow you to listen to audio anymore while working. To scan anything it cuts off audio instantly after 2 1/2 years. Transferring items sometimes doesn’t work the first time you want to apply it. If you delete app to fix the problem you lose all your data so I am afraid to use this method to fix my app. Otherwise it a very useful tool. Thank you

Game Changer

We have been using ICAT for 6 years now here at BELFOR Property Restoration, Philadelphia Office. It has been a game changer for our contents business as we run our whole division through ICAT from pack out, production, estimating & warehouse it really is all you need to go from a loss leader to a full profit center. ICAT’s support is second to none and once you are setup and trained you will not be disappointed!

Helpful for work

Just wish there was an Android version. I hate iPhones and I resent having to use one to run this app. It makes me a little bit angry pretty much every day. I know, first world problems...

Response from developer

Please consider, and know that your frustration has not fallen on deaf ears.  While we are not currently in Android, the advantages of developing in a controlled iOS environment means we can give real code level technology to our users.  What our app can do as a result is amazing: Image & Character Recognition,Virtual Measurements, and that's just the tip of the iceberg.  An iPhone is not necessary to use iCat.  In fact, we recommend the iPod, which is inexpensive comparatively, does not require a data plan, cell plan, and recharges rapidly.  At the end of the day it's a tool which should last and be inexpensive enough so all users including production staff can leverage the power of the app throughout the life cycle of the claim.  Would you consider changing your feedback to reflect our latest app and features we have built for our users?

Great

A major improvement over the previous app! Makes everything much easier and all my co-workers can comprehend it with ease.

Keep it up!
