Offline tickets
Great app but a big issue is the tickets are not available when offline. I lost my signal just as I was going to my seat and there is no way of viewing the tickets without being connected to the internet. An add to Apple wallet option would be a big improvement.
Absolutely hopeless
App was completely incapable of delivering my tickets. Dear Christ, please let the MCC take charge of cricket again. As with so much serviced from India, this app is verbose, ineffective, exasperating and useless. A cultural thing, perhaps.
Unbelievably terrible
I am unable to buy tickets because the app throws me into an endless authentication loop. Googling suggests the bug has been here for OpenID users for years. You had one job, guys.
Useless if you sign on with Apple
While you can log in to the app using Apple, when you try to buy tickets it bumps you to a website which you can’t sign into using Apple
I tried to delete my account and seet up a normal email and password based account

ICC App review
Worse than useless !
Inconsistent
Difficult to navigate, especially for notifications and settings. Some radio buttons toggle others don’t. The app started to run in the background showing the live match scores, which I didn’t want. I was unable to disable the functionality in the app. Would have expected better from an ICC App.
Ticket fail
Bought tickets in early May, they’re still not on my app for matches tomorrow 16/6/26
Unable to access my ticket
I am an Emirates VIP invitee and have been given a code by Emirates to access my tickets on the ICC App. I have tried my best but nowhere does the App ask me for this code or guides me

I’m unable to open the app - did anyone have a similar issue? ICC should have been careful with the app as it doesn’t work on many devices.

….don’t work properly on this app. It continually asks you to open the app to update the score, even with all necessary permissions granted for the app to work properly.

Went to watch the India v England highlights then changed my mind because THESE DIMWITTED CLOWNS HAD THE RESULT RIGHT FEONT AND CENTRE AS YPU OPEN THE APP . HOW THICK WOULD YOU HAVE TO BE TO DO THAT

App Crashed
From yesterday, the app has crashed. Until yesterday everything was fine. The app was working brilliantly and have live activities enabled, I was loving it. From yesterday unfortunately things have changed. Each time I open it, it says an 'error' had occurred to retry. I have tried to restart my phone and even re-download the app but no luck. Is there a fix for this please?
