Come On ICC!
I wanted to watch New Zealand VS Ireland One-off test match 27th-30th of May 2026 so I came to this app to help me watch it. Upon reading the reviews I was skeptical however I had faith. Now I don’t. You open the app and it says ‘No email found for this user, please create a new account’. Like any other person I clicked ‘yes’ (the ONLY option) and it presents you with a blank screen where you can’t do anything; I’ve tried re-downloading the app and still it does not work. Please do NOT try this app. Have a great rest of your day and I hope this review was helpful.

i tried this app. after giving permission to local network and bluetooth. Says no account found and black screen.
Not working
Whenever I tried to open it appeared that your credentials are not entered and it gets blank. Please rectify the error. Thanks
The app hangs
The app just hangs. Horrible. Is it tested to be used for ios, does not look like.
Login error leads to blank screen on iPhone
I’m unable to log in on iPhone. After entering my email and password, the app shows the message “Sorry we can’t find an account with this email and password.” Immediately after that, the screen goes blank and there is no option to retry, reset the password, or create a new account.
I reinstalled the app, force closed it, and tried different networks. The issue still occurs. There is no way to proceed once the blank screen appears, which makes the app unusable.
This looks like an authentication or app flow bug rather than a user error. Please fix the login screen so users can retry or recover their account instead of being stuck on a blank page.

Terrible. Had an error on a black screen. DO NOT USE
One of the best apps to waste your time
When you start the app, a beautiful vibrant image appears to tell you how bad and rubbish the app is. It throws an error and then the app freezes. This app should be sold for atleast 99.99 instead of free as it’s so valuable in helping you waste your time

Do they not test this app? As many have said, the app doesn’t work. As soon as it loads it throws an error saying the account is not valid but doesn’t give you any way to actually enter an account in the first place. It’s ridiculous. Whoever wrote this app for the ICC needs to be sacked. It’s ridiculous and forces people to try and find a stream somewhere else… sort it out ICC, some of us want to watch cricket legally!

Doesn’t work for me
After install, when I try and run it, it gives me an error message saying that no account exists for my email (before I’ve entered anything), then a blank screen.

App is stuck on sorry can’t find an account with email address/ password , tried uninstalling and installing same issue. Looks like some kind of bug

Doesn’t work. An app by one of thebiggest sporting bodies in the world doesn’t even go past the login stage. Useless. Looks like it’s been useless for a couple of years for ios users. Sort it out Jay Shah.
Broken app
I downloaded and installed it on my iPhone. But when I start the app, I am greeted with a blank screen with an error popup saying the user-id and password are wrong. Upon closing the popup, I am left with blank screen.

I must agree with Bozdaddy540. I had the same experience. I have an ICC login, but the app doesn’t go to a login page. Instead it sends a message that your login credentials don’t match. But it never allows you to try to log in! Major bug, and it appears the developer doesn’t read these reviews.
