Usually great, but there’s a bug
I love this app, but something happened with the recent update of either the app or the iPhone. Now when you search, there are just red dots, with no text. But if you click on one of them, then it opens to a description. So it thinks these red dots have some kind of text with them. But it’s just a line of red dots. Please fix ASAP!!

Great for daily use
Update: I am concerned that the developer has not updated the app in some time. Creating a app and leaving it alone does not make me want to spend money with a company.
As the other reviewers have said this has a lot of features that are helpful such as searching free and able to create folders. I found it good to use daily it's easy to search you find out which diagnosis is for more important than the others.

Better than our EMR
We use GE centricity in busy Ortho office and their code search does not work as well as this app. Very happy with it so far.

This is a great app, very easy to use and a very quick reference at your fingertips.
Still the best ICD-10 reference
It does a great job of helping me look up codes based on keywords and on codes, and I really like that I can save favorites into organized folders. The only complaint I have is that I can't open the app by searching for "ICD" using spotlight or Siri (only "Codes" works). Oh, and the app icon is super ugly.

My Favorite ICD Search Tool
Great for searching by code or diagnosis. I love that billable codes are green and non-billable are red. If I find a code that is close but not quite right, I just enter the first three digits and then can pick the code that is specific enough for my situation.

At first view it looks good but after saving your codes and you check favorite section you can't go back, in this way it's useless.
