App is great. is there any way that S05.XXB can be added to this app, it is a billable code and it isn’t in here. or at least that i can look up. if you are bow to find it please explain how you were able to locate it. thank you so much. no complaints on the app. you guys did great.
Very well organized and a real time saver
This ap does a great job of finding the correct codes, and navigating through all the layers of some of the more complex codes.
Accurate, easy, fast
Getting the diagnosis correct, clinically, is obviously important: it informs appropriate treatment, and facilitates communication between providers. In our current healthcare reimbursement system, it is also important to *code* the diagnosis correctly; otherwise, insurance carriers will kick bills right back. I tried LOTS of ICD applications before settling on this one. The ICD10 consult apps (both on Mac and iOS) have been part of my clinical arsenal for a couple of years now. They're rock solid, and always up-to-date. Go for it.

Best overall..
I do the billing audits for our anesthesia group and this app by far has been the best to verify and find ICD codes without hassle!! LOVE it!!
Best icd 10 app out there
Absolute necessity in today’s medical practice. Intuitive and well organized with a decent search function!
App won’t start.
I have been using the free version of this app successfully for roughly the last year on my iPhone and appreciate its thoroughness and ease of use. Today (11-19-2019) it suddenly will no longer start up. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I then tried purchasing the pro version of the app and installing it. Again, the app will not start. I am very disappointed because when it worked it was very helpful. Until the problem is fixed I cannot recommend.

Fraudulent
It claimed it will work on Ipad but does not. What a shame to be that fraudulent in public sphere!

Incredible app for quick reference billing
I use this regularly to either look up codes for correct diagnosis under ICD-10, or to confirm that a previously submitted billing charge was correct. Great quick reference app. Easy to understand interface. Love it. Thank you
Almost Perfect
Only complaint is that while at work and using on the ipad pro this app will suddenly close down. I then have to reopen the app and start over. Most often happens when I’m following an S code towards it’s last option where the choice letter for initial or subsequent visit is displayed.

Charged twice
Do not upgrade from inside the app to get rid of advertisements. It will not work, you will have to go back to the App Store and buy the premium app from the App Store directly. That will erase your favorites list and you will have to start over. Good app if you buy the premium version to begin with.

I have been double checking every code since i bought this and so far, everything is correct. Very easy to search.
The first one I tried
I use psychiatric codes. I looked up child sexual abuse, subsequent suspected and this app didn't have all of the necessary code. My charting software wouldn't accept it. I had to look online to get the full code which my charting software then accepted.

The app has every code, without fail. Your charting software may have had a bug. We've had no similar reports across hundreds of thousands of clinicians (including psychiatrists) using it daily. If you run Into further issues please reach out to us via email so we can investigate.

Very well worth the money
This is a spectacular application. It saves me countless hours in clinical documentation because it is easy, intuitive, fast (on iPhone 6+), accurate (as far as I can tell), and very specific. I highly recommend it for anyone who writes clinical documents or needs to specify ICD 10 codes. I find it to be much faster than searching for codes via Google or one of the ICD 10 site search engines. I also find it to be more user-friendly, convenient, and fast for my purposes (clinical documentation). This app takes the guesswork out of specifying an ICD 10 code correctly and completely. It seems to be just as complete and certainty faster and obviously lighter than most complete ICD coding paper manuals that I have see (AMA, OPTIM360).

I have tried several applications for iCD 10 coding and this is the best. I even like it much more than the cumbersome printed ICD 10 book from the AMA.
Indispensable
I use this app 15-25 times per day for coding my paper charts. Accurate, easy to use, and links me to related codes that are otherwise left off of billing.
