FOR DRIVERS • Log mileage in seconds — scan a truck's QR sticker or pick it from a list • Report vehicle issues on the spot, with a photo and a severity level • See your recent entries and the vehicles assigned to you • Get reminders when an oil change is coming due FOR MANAGERS • Approve drivers and assign them to vehicles • Add and manage trucks and vans, with automatic oil-change tracking • Review and resolve reported issues, with attached photos • Store registration, insurance, and inspection documents, with expiry reminders • Receive push alerts for high-severity issues and a weekly fleet summary ICE Fleet works offline — entries queue and sync automatically when you reconnect — and sends push notifications so nothing slips through the cracks.
