Poor customer service
I had an extremely negative experience with this company’s customer support, which in practice appears to be nonexistent. Throughout the interaction, I was met with repeated rudeness, a patronising attitude, and inappropriate accusations directed at me as a paying customer whose only intention was to purchase a working product.
After I politely raised concerns regarding the way I was being treated, I received a flood of hostile responses, including a threatening email sent to the address I had used for correspondence. The message appeared to have been generated, at least in part, using ChatGPT, and contained multiple false accusations. This conduct has raised serious concerns for me regarding professionalism, customer safety, and the potential misuse of personal information.
Having also come across similar complaints from other customers on Google, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before purchasing this service.

VPN НЕ РАБОТАЕТ
В первое время работал хорошо, но потом VPN перестал работать, писал в поддержку, вводил устройство пару раз в режим полёта, перезагружал. Но всё равно не хочет работать, и поддержка не отвечает.

Рекомендуем обновиться до версии 2.4.1, большинство багов пофикшены, добавили серверы и усилили обход блокировок. Можете, пожалуйста, снова написать в поддержку, постараемся все проблемы решить.
Просто работает
Все замечательно работает. И на Маке и на Айфоне и даже на такой экзотике, как СберТВ со своим Салютом, главное на последний ставить с флешки.
