Difficult to find chat features
I scheduled taxi for future pickup. I saw the driver chat response show up in popup on phone. I thought it would show in Notifications on the app. You have to go to your Bookings, click on the appointment and then you will see the details and chat with driver. If you could show the chat feature on main menu or at least a link function, i think that would be better user interface
