Their representative (Mr Harshil) who was like an angel sent. He was very helpful. He help me book my train with his card because train wasn’t accepting my international debit card nor cash. He even helped me carry my stuff and drove me to the Airbnb I booked. This guy deserves a million kudos

I had trouble logging in and I needed to contact the developers via email. They were very responsive, and they solved my issue.

Terrible usability, objectively bad software.
This app is a UX nightmare.

Issues encountered so far:
- You can’t save your progress when filling in forms. Guess what we mostly use this app for? Filling in forms (usually long and exhaustive ones). I just have to hope this app doesn’t crash while I switch to and from it, which it does very often, or else I need to enter everything again.
- You can’t copy hyperlinks or choose to open them in Safari.
- Doesn’t work with password managers.
- Opening it from the multitasking view often causes certain elements (usually images) to stop rendering.
- Your UI is, well, “unique”. In every wrong way imaginable. It doesn’t conform to any platform standards which is a major accessibility problem. Please google what human interface design is, please, because this is embarrassing.
