Paid for enterprise that doesn’t sync between devices. Most of the plus points from the original iCertifi aren’t on this app. Lost 7 certificates from the cloud on 1st day of using it. Customer service said “we can see you’ve emailed them so just keep those copies safe”
Won’t Sync
After contacting the support team they advised fixes of which none worked so I’m left with 4 electricians using the software and I can’t view there cert’s to sign off .
Stay away
It wont sync across devices, crashes when try to delete observation. It wont show selected c2, c3 from drop down menu. iCertifi team won’t answer any queries.

No one is asking you to sort bugs out. You had it free for 7 days and no one made you subscribe. We have tried to assist you however if you don’t have time that’s up to you

Don’t waste your money. doesn’t sync and I need to restore purchase every time.. Would like my money back?

Paid £150 for sub, have around 15 certs I’m unable to access due to app not work and saying I’m not subscribed and then spcrashing, so that’s 15 Eicrs I’m waiting to send and get paid for as well . Customer service almost non existent
