Trying to cancel within 14 days
Got this app to try out and have tried to cancel. Can’t workout how as not obviously evident where to go to. Not as user friendly as I would have hoped.
Poor. Get the faults sorted.
Quite a nice layout although having filled the information in it lacks pulling information from the customers found data to get the information instead of having to write the address every time once I filled the app in there was a cure quite a few issues on the certificate that were incorrect one specifically when he asked for the homeowner or the landlord appliance the answer you could give was yes no but it can’t be the landlord and the Elers appliance it’s one or the otherand then when I completed the forms come to look at the form the system crashed so sorry you need to work on this and makes you doesn’t crash and get some feedback on the books

Good app but…
I’ve been using this app for years. It’s very good but I can’t access my certificates on my apple Mac. And when i lost my phone I lost all my certificates when I logged back in.

I am a service engineer corgi then gasafe 42672, C&A Walker.
I have used various cert apps n generally found yrs better.
In last few years satisfaction has mirrored the rising subscription cost. It is over a year since adding my gassafe card to certs has been an option and still get blank square instead.
Even more frustrating, I recently paid 12 month rather than 3 and instead of getting it slightly cheaper!!! The app has crashed on trying to load ever since. Have re installed, re booted device, pulled my hair out that didn’t work either.
I don’t normally review but have been moved to on this occasion.

Love it But…
Love this app it has everything that I need to carry out my job.
Landlord safety certificate. Service and break down records.
The things I would change would be the gas safety certificate should be all in 1 page instead of 2, you should be able to add the clients telephone number and set automatic reminders like easy safety certificate.
If you apply these thing it would be great

Unusable since last update!
Since the last update over a week ago any text entered is now in white. Which on a white background makes the app unusable.
iCertifi have been informed and have done nothing to rectify this issue.
I’m now turning to Twitter to get a response.

The app recently updated, and no you can you use it, and have lost all data.

Cannot use search function for old certs please fix this bug or will delete app
Watch app does not work
Can’t add gas card on iPad and the watch app does not work. Gutted because the certs look really good

Please add co and smoke alarm to the certs otherwise i need to move to a different app and this is the best app i used

Hi I paid £49.00 for this app and it won't let me use it, spoke to the admin who was rude and did little to help and still no app or money back, do not use

very straightforward to use, well presented and great quality certificates. If your a gas engineer i would highly recommend it

Does more than it says on the tin. If your a gas engineer then you need this. If you work in rural areas you don't need an an Internet connection either which is a must as far as I'm concerned for any gas engineer.

Quality
Very useful for any gas engineer. No need for carbon pads anymore. Easy to understand and use
