Why change the layout.
To fill out a circuit was one page. Now it’s two.
To copy a circuit was one click. Now it’s two.
To access a template circuit was one click. Now it’s two.
Do you use beta testers? Do you ask electricians whether they would like things changed before going ahead?
Change the bits you’re asked to change. Leave the bits alone that no one is complaining about.
Really don’t get the logic.

App is ok, few glitches and improvements needed. As others have already said customer support person behaves like a petulant child. If I was starting fresh I’d use electraform or easycert
An update on my previous review. Have just filled out two EICRs. Once compelted and saved I attempted to delete some old report with no saved name(likely ones I never finished and started new). The app crashed three times in a row when deleting these unnamed EICRs. Have now lost the two EICRs completed today.

New look????????
What the hell is this new look all about. People have got used to the layout so jobs flow nicely.
There was nothing wrong with the previous design so why change!!!!! Not happy. The only reason I’ve not tried the NICEIC certs is because I was familiar with this but I might as well now.

Stop changing the layout
Works well but then they regularly change the layout of everything and it takes you twice as long to do an EICR. I’ve just done 20 certs and got used to filling them in quickly. Now it’s a complete faff. The last 2 layouts were ok but the latest one is rubbish. It’s so unnecessary as the end result is the exact same. I understand adding features but there’s no need to change the whole layout everytime

Loads of glitches
Was a great app but when trying to add circuits the numbers go off so you have to add each certificate manually
Avoid at all costs
Worst software I have ever used, crashes every time you use it, it has deleted complete certificates before. I have emailed the support line and they couldn’t be less helpful, days to reply with a worthless email which doesn’t help at all.
