Never works

Every time I have tried to use the mobile app, it never works. Most times I can’t even open the app and it simply crashes. Not been able to upload files either. Only reason I may use this is for tax season but I have to resort to the desktop as this app just simply does NOT work!

Very basic, not intuitive, the folder names don’t show, I can’t move files to other folders, etc.
