About
EPA are discrete units of activity, which are unique to a speciality and upon which an entrustment decision can be made. They provide a link between the learning outcomes of the ICGP curriculum (icgp.ie/curriculum) and the day to day practice of an independently practicing GP. EPA are not tools for feedback themselves and must be paired either a PiP-C (for observed consultations), a PiP-P (for observed procedures or physical exams) or the Case Based Discussion tool. With the app you will find 18 unique EPAs, each paired with the 3 assessment tools.
