I see the App powered by Janaagraha, is Janaagraha doing it’s duty? I’m unable to login since a month, the OTP actually never received, tried N number of times. Provide the update, clear the glitch, or else cancel the project and give it to someone else who maintains good, first of all govt of Karnataka doesn’t work at all, can’t face this issues upon that.

Authentication not working - email or phone
I am trying to register and entering the email and phone number, but it’s not proceeding and I am getting otp as well.

Careless government
Worst service from the government. The app is for name sake they do not follow up at all. Imagine a bbmp officer calls me after 5 months of complaining and asks whats the prob of the complaint. Hats off to them. All these things needs to be privatised for better india.
Not allowing the user to select a location
The app worked well earlier but recently the app doesn’t allow the user to select a location . Please fix this bug
