UI is terrible
Half of the login screen is covered by ad. To login you need to type in userid and password. When you click on the textbox to enter username and password, keyboard covers both the text boxes. Looks like no one tested the app.

Laggy and Slow - could be more improved.
Using this app since 6 months. I found its too slow compare to other Canadian and Indian banks application. App take time with their unique circles to finish one step. also, sending money to different countries requires fx rate to fetch which is MANY times unable. I would like to pass my request to your UT department to use proper API and web server to make this App better. Please consider if app/interaction is smooth and nice customer will be more satisfied.

Opened a new Bank account and since day one, Can’t even open the App on my phone! It’s keep on crashing! In 2025, digital experience with ICICI Bank looks like from 2010.

Useless aap m student here I want to do e transfer but not working . I tried a lot to do that but it’s not working . I put lots of complaints on customer care but my issue is not solving . Very bad bank I also don’t get debit card . As a student I m in trouble I have no money and the bank is doing nothing. Very very poor .

Worst App and Banking Service Ever
I cannot believe in 2023 this is the level of service this bank is providing and still running. The app is a joke. Creating a net banking user id and password is a battle. It too me 3 months to get my account converted to a NRO account and now cannot even use the app. Just terrible!
