Laggy and Slow - could be more improved.
Using this app since 6 months. I found its too slow compare to other Canadian and Indian banks application. App take time with their unique circles to finish one step. also, sending money to different countries requires fx rate to fetch which is MANY times unable. I would like to pass my request to your UT department to use proper API and web server to make this App better. Please consider if app/interaction is smooth and nice customer will be more satisfied.

Useless aap m student here I want to do e transfer but not working . I tried a lot to do that but it’s not working . I put lots of complaints on customer care but my issue is not solving . Very bad bank I also don’t get debit card . As a student I m in trouble I have no money and the bank is doing nothing. Very very poor .

Very bad in design and functionality
Application does not work. You won’t even able to login. Instead of downloading this application its better to call customer centre for all information.

This is indeed a very pathetic application kyc center requires a selection intention of use but there is nothing to select and not allowing me to enter the app. Also website is has it own height of stupidness many fields are not working and most of the online services are currently not available.
Need so much work app have lot of bugs
Very very poor app which gives headaches if you conpare to SBI bank app then obviously you get 4 star but if you compare to Canada banking apps then oh gosh you really need to wait , wait , and wait and mostly the app doesn’t respond very well and signout me all the time .

This is most stupid and 3rd class app i have ever used. Its like someone made this app in his/her training period. Whoever made this app should not have proud on this.its insult of iOS developers.
Not working.
I was logged out automatically. When I tried to login in back it asked me to register again. When I tried to activate my login it’s asking for company name, employee I’d, date if joining and location. Wat is the issue. ?
