I’m so suffering to open my account but this app is not working I fill al the option but on page 9 I just want to submit but this option is not working I’m regretting why I just choose this bank 😡🤬😤
Ducking developers
You duckers have done a very terrible job at making this application. Go and do something else cause this is not your cup of tea.
Worse mobile app and website
Spend over 5 hours to Activate my GIC account. App pages does not load. Even tried to call customer service. Not helpfull at all. It is over a week simce I landed in Canada and I do not have access to my funds yet. New students please do not open GIC acount with them.

This is the worst app I ever used in my life. I don't even want to give 1 star, it should be in minus. 10 times I submitted my passport and study permit but it's not working. So, I have to do everything from scratch each and everytime and it's frustrating.
Please look at it ICICl and fix it as soon as possible.
Am sure that all students who choose ICICl are suffering. Time is precious, so please don't waste our time.

Garbage app
To activate account sometimes app get crashed and not able to click anything , again we have have to start the process . No customer service.
Not satisfied
Am trying to upload my passport and study permit images but not able to do that. I only get two options cancel or choose but I clicked on both of options , my pictures are not uploading . What can I do now .

Works exactly as expected. I didn't even have to go to the branch to activate an account. Everything can be done online.
